Diagnostics

The app can provide privacy-conscious diagnostics that help troubleshoot issues without including precise route or credential data.

Before contacting support

Confirm Android location permission is enabled for navigation.
Confirm location services and internet connectivity are available.
Note whether the issue occurs while actively navigating or while browsing.
If available, include the AheadIQ diagnostic report from Settings.

What not to send

Please do not email API keys, passwords, payment-card information, private account credentials or other secrets. Avoid sending exact home/work addresses unless they are necessary to explain a location-specific problem.

Feature requests

Feature requests are welcome at support@aheadiqapp.com. Include the device type, a short description of the driving scenario, and what you would like AheadIQ to do.
